Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 31 January 2026

1. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Users may opt for One-Time (Non-Renewing)Subscription. No refunds are issued for partially used subscription periods.

2. Rentals

Rental purchases are non-refundable once playback begins or access is granted.

3. Pay-Per-View

PPV purchases are final and non-refundable unless technical failure prevents access and cannot be resolved.

4. Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges

Refunds may be considered in cases of duplicate payments or verified unauthorized transactions.

5. Refund Requests

Please include:

• Full name
• Transaction ID
• Date of payment
• Reason for request

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

7. Fraud Protection

Bebicode reserves the right to deny refund claims where abuse or fraud is suspected.
