These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Bebicode. By using this platform, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, rental, pay-per-view access, or premiere ticket, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
Bebicode provides digital media services including:
All services are delivered digitally. No permanent downloads are provided.
Users must provide accurate information and maintain confidentiality of login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. By selecting auto-renew, you authorize recurring billing. You may cancel before the renewal date to prevent further charges.
This option expires automatically at the end of the selected period and does not renew unless manually renewed.
Rental access is granted for a limited viewing period. Once the rental window expires, access terminates automatically. Rentals are non-transferable and non-refundable once playback begins.
PPV provides one-time or limited-duration streaming access under the terms displayed before purchase.
Payments are processed via third-party providers including DPO and other integrated payment systems. Bebicode does not store full card details.
All content is protected by copyright laws. Users may not reproduce, redistribute, record, or exploit content without authorization.
Bebicode is not liable for temporary interruptions, payment processor failures, or events beyond reasonable control.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
International users remain subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in their country where applicable.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
